We use selected products and raw ingredients of the highest quality. Food preparation and service are carried out according to a stringent code of Taco Bar business practices. We have and implement all the necessary licenses and certifications required by law, as well as our own in-house quality control program covering hygiene and sanitation.
In an effort to limit any negative effect on the environment, we prioritize the use of as much environmentally-friendly packaging and serving materials as possible. And the total volume of product deliveries to us has been reduced; by opting to use a fewer number of distributors to supply us with larger quantities.
Quality is of utmost importance to us. We are particularly mindful of how our raw produce is handled, and where and how they are grown. In order to oversee this entire process, we have chosen to import many of our products ourselves, from North and Central America. This includes our unique taco shells, corn chips, tortillas (made from wheat and corn), and our beans and jalapeños – all key ingredients in good Tex-Mex. Our blend of spices and our sauces are all prepared in-house – from our own secret Taco Bar recipes.
